I'm excited to share with y'all my thoughts on my collaboration with a local beauty brand, Eleve Cosmetics. Eleve Cosmetics is an all natural, vegan based beauty line. So what do I personally love about Eleve? Well for one, I love that I can support local businesses here in Austin. I'm also a huge fan of how they use all natural ingredients. I am a minimalist when it comes to makeup, and I prefer a more natural look when it comes to bronzer and eyeshadow, which is why I love these products. The only bold things I like when it comes to my makeup routine are my eyeliner and lips. I LOVE me a bold lip y'all! I'm posting below the products I received from their summer collection, which is a must have:)

1.) This perfect tan bronzer, which is enhanced with natural SPF and vitamin E. I love the gold shimmer finish of this bronzer.

2.) This dreamy palette, which contains 6 eyeshadows and 2 blushes/bronzers

3.) This rose gold lip gloss (pictured on my hand on the right), which contains green tee extract, natural plant waxes and vitamin E. I LOVE this one for daytime (it's very simple and natural).

4.) Last but not least and my favorite of the lip colors is this bright pink liquid matte lipstick. This one contains rosemary and sunflower oils and leaves your lips super soft and moisturized (this one contains beeswax and isn't vegan).

All items are c/o Eleve Cosmetics

I'm excited to collaborate with my new favorite spa Face to Face.  I received a facial there the other week and it was amazing-- my skin still looks really clear from 2 weeks ago. I will definitely be back for another facial, but I decided to try something I've never done before for this service- eyelash extensions! I've heard people rave about them so decided I needed to give them a try. I went to the Face to Face spa location in Westlake in Austin, TX. Morgan was the name of my esthetician. I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't nervous because I definitely was. The thought of just lying down for 2 hours with my eyes shut made me really anxious haha. Morgan actually finished after 1.5 hours, so it wasn't that bad. Since I just had these done 5 days ago, I'm not sure if I'll be going back every 2 weeks or every 3 weeks. I will just see how they feel after this week. Just FYI, for me, it doesn't feel any different having these extensions. The look is definitely more dramatic lol, but they feel normal. I'm posting some before and after pictures below-let me know what y'all think :)

I'm excited to collaborate with Daily Look and show y'all some items I received. So you're probably asking what is Daily Look? Basically, it's a subscription box where a stylist picks out items for you based on your style preferences. You can either do monthly, every other month, or every 3 months. You pay a $40 styling fee for the stylist to pick out 7-11 items based on your preferences. You can use this styling fee towards the items. For reference, each item I received was average $80. You can choose what stores you normally shop at and select how much you normally spend on items. I received 8 items and everything fit perfectly except for the black dress & bathing suit. The bathing suit was a Mara Hoffman bathing suit. I absolutely love Mara Hoffman, but I always size up in her bathing suits. I received an x-small, but I think a small would have fit perfectly. So now lets talk about the details and what outfit I should keep.

1st outfit: This first outfit includes this asymmetrical hemmed black/white striped dress paired with a black vest with pleated detailing on the back. I LOVE this look because I can easily transition it to fall with the vest and booties. I can also lose the vest and pair the dress with cute sneakers for a laid back, casual look or just some heels to make it dressier.

2nd outfit: The 2nd look includes a frayed lightweight flannel shirt and jeans that fit me perfectly. I was actually very shocked that these jeans were a perfect fit because of my petite frame (it's always so hard for me to find stuff that fits me perfectly without getting it altered). This outfit is another great transitional piece because you can layer this flannel shirt over a t shirt, tie it around your waist, or just wear it regularly.

3rd outfit: I love this dress, but the knot detailing fit me a little strange because of my height. It's also a little see through, but would make for the cutest bathing suit coverup.

So, what did y'all think of my items? Do you think this box is worth it? Personally, I really liked it and felt like my stylist chose items that were both stylish and fit me well. I will probably do the every 3 month option. Which outfit do y'all think I should keep? I'm torn between outfit 1 & 2. Here's the link to sign up if anyone is interested: click here

I'm so excited to receive the opportunity to partner up with one of my favorite boutiques here in Austin, TX. You can also find them online here. I love they have everything you need in one place- clothing, accessories, home decor, graffic tees. They also have a lot of fun themed sections inside the store including bath items, wedding goods, beach accessories, etc. If you haven't been to the actual store yet in Austin, you definitely should check it out! It's seriously so cute,  I just want to decorate my entire house like the inside of the store. PS.. how cute is this summer romper with the tie overlap detailing? I paired it with this dainty, gold necklace and these fun blush pink sandals. Hope y'all love the outfit and store a much as I do and I can't wait to share more items from there- stay tuned:)
