The photo taking struggle here in Austin is real y'all! It's been so rainy lately, making it so difficult to shoot any photos. I wore this outfit to church this morning and was determined to take pictures of it, despite the crazy wind happening today. I lasted a few minutes before I almost blew away hahaha! Anyways, I wanted to share this scalloped cape coat from Shein. How cute is the scalloped detail on the bottom? In my opinion, it runs a little big so I would size down if you could. Hope y'all are having a great weekend:)

I saw this dress online and was praying that it would fit perfectly. I ordered the size small, and it's the perfect fit! I absolutely love the ruffle detail on the side and back! Ps.. these pictures are from Cabo last weekend and I can't wait to post more and share the details with y'all! Hope y'all are having a great week so far and thanks for reading :)

One of my goals for the new year was to start a travel Tuesday section on the blog. The hubs and I love to travel, so I figured it would be fun to recap all of our adventures. We've been to some pretty cool spots in Mexico and in the US that I would highly recommend, so I decided I would share some of our favorite things to do and places to stay in some of the places we've traveled to. I had to start off travel Tuesday with our favorite place-- Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. If anyone hasn't been- we highly recommend!! The place we stayed in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely breathtaking! We stayed at Garza Blanca and we chose the all inclusive option. We booked it a while in advance and got a great deal--I think it was on bookit or orbitz (always check these sites for great all inclusive deals). We also went in October, which was their hurricane season (which is probably how we scored such a good deal). The weather ended up being perfect. It only rained briefly one day the entire time we were there. The resort had so many things to do --we went hiking, tequila tasting, kayak fishing and also experienced some amazing food at the steakhouse that was one of the restaurant options. At the time we went, we also could eat at the sushi restaurant that was part of their sister hotel, Hotel Mousai. This was incredible!! I could go on and on about this vacation because it was hands down the best vacation! Check out the pictures below--pictures don't do this place justice because it was even more beautiful in person :)

 (bathtub in our hotel room)

 (such a comfy bed lol)

 (gorgeous sunset at the pool)

(faux orange tree I thought was the coolest)

Hope everyone had an amazing NYE and New years! I had to share this dress because it's only $14 and I'm obsessed. You can always buy it and wear it next year ahah because we all know sequins never go out of style for NYE! I tagged everything below along with one of my favorite druzy rings from Kendra Scott :)
