Since we're finally experiencing some colder weather here in the desert, I thought I would share this gorgeous cape jacket with everyone. I just received this cape jacket in the mail from Adeline Clothing and I couldn't be more excited! I paired it with a long sleeve solid black shirt, faux leather leggings, and over the knee boots. When the temperatures drop, I plan to layer a thicker sweater underneath. I love the functionality of this jacket (it even has a hoodie and pockets!). This will definitely be a part of my winter uniform. I'm sad to say that this one recently sold out, but I linked some other cute cape jacket styles below. PS.. these over the knee boots are my latest obsession and less than $150! In my opinion, these look just like the Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots, and are just a fraction of the price.

Since New Years Eve is quickly approaching, I've compiled my favorite dresses from Lulu's. I've always been a fan of anything sparkly and fun for New Years Eve, but I decided to change it up a little bit this year and order the royal blue beaded dress on the top right. This dress has the perfect amount of charm and elegance, and it's also great for other occasions besides New Years Eve. Even though we don't have any set plans yet, I decided it was better to be prepared than to wait until the last minute and settle for something I might not love as much as this dress! Does anyone have anything fun planned for New Years Eve this year? What are some of y'alls favorite looks?

I'm excited to say I've completed 75% of our Christmas shopping! I never thought I would say this, but I hope I don't have to go back to the mall until after Christmas. When I went last weekend, it looked like black Friday never ended. Out of everyone that I have to shop for, my husband is always the hardest! Does anyone else feel like the man in your life is always the hardest person to buy something for? I know I can't be the only one with this problem haha! I decided to compile a list of my favorite things for him, including the below items from Cole Haan, Nordstrom, and Tsovet. All are under $100 except for the Cole Haan messenger bag and the Tsovet watch. My husband already owns one Tsovet watch and he absolutely loves it! For those of you looking for the perfect gift for a man always on-the-go, this Cole Haan messenger bag is perfect and is currently 30% off of $298.  I hope this post has helped to provide some possible gift ideas. Thanks for reading :)

I can't believe it's already December and Christmas is only 2 weeks away! Does anyone else feel like time is flying by? It feels like yesterday that we moved out to Scottsdale and that was at the beginning of summer. Now it's almost the official start of winter. Speaking of winter and the holidays, I wanted to share this amazing red skirt. It's perfect for any upcoming holiday parties and it's currently on sale at J Crew Factory. I don't know about y'all, but I love pairing red and leopard (such a fun, classic look). What are some of your favorite holiday looks?

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to share how I accessorized this fab outfit! First off, I have to mention this rose print dress was less than $30 from forever 21! Second, I can't get enough of this boyfriend blazer (I couldn't find this color on Nordstrom's site, but I linked other colors below). Now on to the accessories... the arrowhead bracelet from Laalee, iridescent necklace from Kendra Scott, and this gorgeous red plum purse from Kate Spade outlet.  I love this 14 K gold plated bracelet from Laalee, which also pairs perfectly with multiple outfits! I must say, I'm very impressed with the quality of this bracelet (see my close up pictures below for details). I'm also excited to announce a giveaway with Laalee on instagram tomorrow (follow @mary_osborne1 and @laaleedesigns for the details). One lucky winner will receive a $50 credit to Laalee etsy shop. Christy, who is the owner of Laalee, has the cutest jewels. If anyone needs any fun Christmas presents, she has so many great items at amazing prices! These gold dainty necklaces would also be a great option for anyone you have on your shopping list (I'm currently eyeing these and plan to order!). PS.. she has a coupon code for 20% off her etsy shop (code is BLACKFRIDAY20) until the end of this weekend. Thanks for reading!

Y'all....I can't believe how fast time is flying by. Christmas will be here before we know it, which is why I'm getting a head start on finding some Christmas deals for everyone. J crew factory is currently having a great online and in store sale (everything is 50% off). I've compiled some items from their website below (all under $25). I don't know about y'all, but I always have a difficult time selecting gifts that are budget friendly, functional, and stylish. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the items I listed below! What are some of y'alls budget friendly gift ideas? Would love to hear!

I don't know about y'all, but I can't stop obsessing over this wine color for Fall. When I spotted this cardigan on Shop the Mint, I knew I had to purchase. I didn't know how the size would run because I am a true xs/s, and this was a s/m. I typically like things a bit oversized, so I was going to make it work regardless.  It is seriously so comfortable that I want to wear it everyday haha!  PS.. my booties are old, but I linked a similar style below that is currently on sale. Happy Friday!!

Hey everyone. I'm so glad it's finally Friday!! The hubs and I are taking a quick weekend trip to LA, so I decided to share an outfit before we left. I love the weather here in Scottsdale, especially since I can still wear short sleeves on days like today when the high's are still in the 80's. This can be easily styled with a boyfriend blazer for cooler evening temperatures. I've linked everything below :)
